"Bark?s Purrs & Laughs! is an annual stand-up comedy showcase that is dedicated to help save and improve the lives of dogs and cats in Chicagoland.
The two scheduled showcases on May 19th (5:00 PM and 8:00 PM) will feature a variety of Chicagoland?s funniest stand-up comedians. These comedians are generously donating their time and talent to help a great cause. Each year, a charitable organization is chosen as the beneficiary of the proceeds generated from the event.
Barks, Purrs & Laughs! is proud to announce that the 2007 event will benefit Heartland Animal Shelter located in Northbrook IL."
Heartland Animal Shelter is grateful to Nick, all of the comedians contributing their time and to everyone involved in the production of this event! Plus, Pepsi is sponsoring the event and will be providing refreshments!

The "Barks, Purrs & Laughs" shows were fantastic!
