Volunteer Calendar of Upcoming Orientations!
Foster Parent Training - Please attend a General Volunteer Orientation to learn more! This is a required class before fostering.
Dog Kennel Orientation -You Must attend a New Volunteer Orientation and a Dog Orientation before starting to Volunteer with the dogs
All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age then you will be required to have your parent or legal guardian attend the orientation with you and they must sign a minor release waiver form to proceed.
Next Dog Orientations (lasts about 1 hour) will be held:
- Saturday April 9 at 4:15pm
- Saturday May 14 at 4:15pm
- Saturday June 11 at 4:15pm
- Saturday July 9 at 4:15pm
- Saturday August 13 at 4:15pm
- Saturday September 10 at 4:15pm

After attending the New/General Volunteer Orientation, please attend our Cat or Dog Orientation:

Cat Room Orientation - You Must attend a New Volunteer Orientation and a Cat Orientation before starting to Volunteer with the cats:

- Sunday November 6 at 4:15pm*
- Saturday December 3 at 4:15pm
- Saturday January 7 at 4:15pm
- Saturday February 4 at 4:15pm
- Saturday March 4 at 4:15pm

Volunteer Application - To become a new volunteer you must first complete a volunteer application which can be found HERE.
New Volunteer Orientation - The new volunteer orientation is held once a month from 4:15-5:00 pm at the shelter. Please see our upcoming orientation dates below. For questions regarding the following meetings please email our Volunteer Coordinator:
In efforts to help the animals at our shelter, please donate an item off Our Wish List at the time of the orientation to help feed our homeless animals!
